What we are glad to hear about
- Corrections. If we have a specification wrong, a certification claim wrong, or a price that is badly out of date, tell us. We would rather fix it than defend it, and we will say on the page that it was corrected.
- Products worth looking at. Particularly anything with proper certification, since that is the hardest thing to find in these categories.
- Your own experience. If you own something we recommend and it has gone well or badly, that is more useful than any spec sheet. We do not publish reader messages without asking first.
- Questions about a guide. If a guide did not answer your question, that is a gap in the guide and worth knowing about.
What we cannot help with
- Order, delivery and warranty problems. We are not a retailer and have no access to your order. Contact the seller or manufacturer directly.
- Diagnosing a fault on your bike, scooter or charger. We cannot do this responsibly without seeing it, and on electrical and braking systems a wrong guess is dangerous. Use a qualified mechanic or electrician.
- Medical or mobility assessments. For mobility scooters especially, the right advice comes from a doctor, physical therapist or occupational therapist who can assess the person.
- Paid placements or sponsored reviews. We do not accept them, so there is no rate card to request. See our affiliate disclosure for how the site is funded.
